So, I was just dorking around and decided to check on the state of Livejournal and see if I truly was missing anything (I'm not). But, apparently my last post...May 3rd, 2006...was shortly after I had seen the trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. Well, what a coincidence that I saw the new trailer for POTC: At World's End not long ago. The trailer is freaking amazing, I am very excited. Especially since I have added so much to my costume in the past year. Okay, so maybe not a whole lot to my costume, but I now have this amazing pistol and I will soon have the hat. Agh! I'm so excited. Anyway, maybe I'll go clean my car that way this post can even more strangely parallel my last one a year ago.

( A survey ) I have no need for this thing anymore. I don't see its purpose. Before I would use it to get feed back on how I'm living my life. I don't care what other people think anymore. I'm living for me, not for anybody else. I could try and keep this journal as an update on my day to day, but mainly life is mundane. I mean it has its moments. How could it not when I hang out with random spastic people like Ed and Jacob. However, I do find myself missing something. Daily. I need to be in a relationship. I can't really explain it. But I've felt like something is missing, and occasionally I've felt whispers of that something from certain people. However, the whispers aren't going to change, in fact they seem to be fading away, if that makes any sense. I know I just need to be patient and that eventually I'll find someone that pulls my heart strings, to be clichéd, but patience never was one of my virtues. I dunno, maybe I just feel left out, never having been in a serious relationship, and now I feel like I'm competing against the rest of the world. It isn't important, it just explains why I'm feeling lonely even when I'm surrounded by friends.

I would just like to say, that I don't think 99 is a high enough number. But I've yet to fill it out and we shall see just how much of a freak I am. That is quite a lot of movies, but I think it is kind of skewed because a lot of the movies on this list were crap. And I don't watch crappy movies. Not that anyone cares, but these are my thoughts.

So it is nearly 4 in the morning, and I'm super bored. Perhaps I should try to sleep. Christmas was not really Christmas this year. It was all of about 20 min. yesterday evening and then we were done. There were no piles of wrapping paper to throw away, there was no bickering about who was going to pass out presents. There are no Christmas decorations to put away because none were put up. My family moves too quickly to slow down and celebrate the season. However in a prime example of my father's humor we did receive $5 in Christmas money, and $45 in Chanukah Gelt. My little brother bought me an illustrated copy of the Hobbit. Jake got me The Dark Crystal, and my parents are going to help pay for me to go to London (Woot!). However, my favorite gift is probably the Pirates of the Caribbean Aztec Gold Pirate Medallion. It is awesome. Michelle and Justin bought my Cry Baby, and the Johnny Depp Biography. But before everyone goes saying that is really creepy, the bio is more about his Movies than the man himself. So I've worked a whole heck of a lot this past two weeks. I can't believe it is already December. Seriously, Nov. 18-27 all blended together. With Harry Potter and then Thanksgiving Break I'm done. I was getting sick but miraculously I got over it. I think it may have been sitting out in the cold all night last Monday. Thats right I waited all night out in the cold for an XBOX 360. And I got one. And it is awesome. We had so much fun out there in the cold. And then when the district manager for Rhino Games arrived in the morning he bought us coffee. It was cool. I'm probably going to fail Sociology. And I'm over it. School has just taken a back seat to work lately. I wish we operated on a quarter system because then I would have new classes before I could get bored with the old ones. Ah well. I'm a big nerd. I'm not sure if I'm more excited about Narnia or just seeing the Pirates trailer that is going to be on it. Someone smack me. Things are getting really volatile at work between certain people. I hope everything calms down, but at the same time it is probably not going to. The Holiday season stresses everyone out. Ah well. To bed. Toodle-pip

Oh My Goodness I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just watched the POTC2 trailer. AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! It was tiny, and not very good quality, but I'm so excited. It will be on Narnia, so I'll see it on the big screen then. But AHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm such a big nerd. But now I'm in the best mood :) And Hans Zimmer is doing the music. Which is awesome. side note-the music for HP4 wasn't as good because it wasn't John Williams. But AHHHH! Captain Jack is back. :D

Okay, so I'm uber bored and the person that I was talking to online (whom shall remain nameless) isn't answering. It is probably because he received a phonecall. Oh well. So. Today was interesting. I opened at Colonial today. I think I could handle working over there, it is a lot like Discover, but it has its subtle differences. Yesterday was Bands Of America: Atlanta. Collins Hill did alright. If their prelims performance had been their finals performance, they would have done awesome(ly?). A Shadow sort of moved over my life yesterday, however. My mom informed me that my dad has been having chest pains and numbness in his arm. His Left arm. He is going to the the doctor tomorrow. Worst case scenario: he goes to the doctor and then has to immediately undergo some sort of bypass surgery, multiple or no. Better case scenario (according to my father): Dr. Meena says that he is unfit to work, he collects disability for the remainder of his (long) life, and he gets to ride his motorcycle everyday. Jake flipped out when I told him. He is really nervous. Mom is too, I know, but she just doesn't want to think about it. We didn't tell Cabot and Emily. My grandmother died right around the age of 49, which is how old my dad turns when his birthday arrives in 3 weeks. My grandmother had a massive heart attack. Scary. Agh. I'm freaking myself out. New subject... Jake's puppy is adorable. When he first adopted her she was really lazy and reserved. She didn't want to play or run or anything. When my mom and I went and picked Jake up yesterday before BOA Yaphick (Jake's dog) was tearing circles around his apartment. The change was astounding. She is also getting big. I like big dogs. Adorable. Well, I'm going to go type up my evaluation of the Planetarium show, and viewing of Mars from Thursday. Toodle-Pip

Uh...so LJ has been updated. I wonder when that happened. It has all this new stuff. I lit a pumpkin on fire on Tuesday. I also singed some of my arm hair off. Lit newspaper, and a lighter-fluid soaked pumpkin don't mix very well. Too bad we didn't get it on film, it was collegehumor worthy. I'm going to Fernbank tonight. Telescopes and Planetarium shows. It should be fun. I watched Chicken Little last night. It was cute, I liked it. I'm watching Jarhead this evening. Saturday is BOA Atlanta, I hope Collins Hill does well. Then next weekend I get to go visit Brandon. Woot. Toodle-Pip
